Are You Experienced Blues Baby Syndrome?


As a new mother you also need to pay attention to what you "feel or your feelings" so that what is referred to as the "Baby Blues" / postpartum depression does not arise gradually and about you all of a sudden.

It is normal if you have a sad feeling capable and in a few days after birth.

"Baby Blue" is a condition that often occurs and about in nearly 50% of new mothers.

Generally occurs within the first 14 days after birth, and tend to be worse around day three or four after childbirth.

Some things that can help you to overcome the "baby blues":

• Take time for yourself, and give pleasure to your own.

• Read magazines, talk with your relatives or close friends.

• Rest as much as possible. Let your spouse or family help you with household activities and child care while.

• Limit the friends who will visit you to wait one or two weeks.

If you find that you are feeling increasingly uncertain, sad, confused and feels hard to take care of yourself and your family, you should consult with your doctor so your doctor can determine if you suffer from what is called postpartum depression so that doctors can provide Treatment is best for you.

The symptoms of postpartum depression:

• Filled by feelings of sadness and depression accompanied by crying without provocation.

• Does not have power or just a little.

• Feelings of guilt and worthlessness.

• Being a baby is not interested in you or be too concerned and worried for her baby.

• Increased body weight is accompanied by overeating.

• Weight loss accompanied by not eating.

• Feelings of fear to hurt myself or the baby.

• Unable to sleep.

• Sleeping too much.

Remember to try and consult what you feel and think with the people closest to you and not be embarrassed to discuss with your doctor so that, if indeed you need further handling, everything will be done as early as possible.
