In life we can not prevent something bad events occur (eg: death, losing something, work stress, family problems), and we also can not change our emotional granted. But you can try some tips to overcome this stress. Remember the most important effort to protect you and your baby well from the ill effects of this stress.

Some Tips To Overcome Stress:

• Eat a Good Diet. . When we are healthy and fit, we will be able to cope with stress in a better way. For that you must keep a healthy diet, adequate rest, and do regular exercise that will help you to stay fit.

• Avoid Habits That No Good For Emotional factors .. Look for other alternatives if you become really want to smoke, or alcohol.
